Uh, and so just remember it's in God's time, not our time. And so he have to commit to Christ and have peace and have to commit to Christ to have peace. And that's the title of our episode today. To Christ and have peace. Commit to crest in half. Um, and so. That's going to bring us to the. The whole point of what we do on this show. And it's to understand that without Christ, you won't have peace. Without Christ. You won't have victory without Christ fill in the blank. It doesn't matter what it is. If whatever you want in your life, that's beneficial to you and others without Christ. It's impossible. Oh, man, it ain't going to happen at least not for very long. You may get an artificial temper. Yeah, exactly. You know, counterfeit. But at some point. It will let you down. Yes. Cards will fall. Yeah. And, you know, the whole point is to not stay in your emotions is to, to get into spirit. So. Um, Gonna read the first verse here and it's, uh, you know, Psalms 37 5. Get your Bibles, get your pens. Get your notebooks. Here we go. We're an active ministry. We're an active podcast. So I want you guys to follow along and we can't do all the work for you. I'm not Chad GBT. I'm just a servant of the Lord. So. Uh, that's a whole nother topic. So. Psalms 37 5 says commit your ways to the Lord trust. Also in him. Not me, not him. Him. The one upstairs. Oh, God. And he shall bring it to pass. He shall see has a promise of God, right there. He shall. So if you first were commit. To the Lord. And then trust. He will bring it to pass. Amen. So if you have an issue, if you have a problem committed to him, Trust in him that he's going to, he's going to hear your, your prayer. He's gonna hear you. And then he shall bring it to pass. And so. Uh, and that's just how we have to approach everything. And man, you know, and. So. And then first Thessalonians 5 23 says now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord. Jesus Christ. And I'm gonna let him touch on that. To again. Um, But, you know, It's it's we have to, we have to remember what we're doing in our life. Committing. Trusting waiting, committing, trusting, waiting. There's a process. Amen. And so I'm gonna let you touch on the second one. And then I'm gonna give these guys a little, a story. Amen. I just think, um, Uh, what's on my heart to share with you is. Um, you know, I think sometimes we think we're committing our way, but then we hold back onto our way versus committing to the Lord's way. Right. We'll begin with. Uh, having a plan, a vision, a direction. But then it becomes difficult. That becomes challenging, becomes uncomfortable. It begins to be a process of growth that God is calling us to. And I can't tell you how many times. Then when it comes to committing our way, when it comes to the step of trusting, I've seen. Many many Christians turned back to their old place. And they're like the Israelites in the desert for 40 years when they only needed two weeks. They're wandering. Because they don't trust in God to bring them over. To the other part of the land, right. To cross the red sea, to, to whatever it is that God is asking you to do. And he shall bring it to pass, but he's not going to bring it to pass. If you are not trusting in him and committed to your ways. And it says now may the God of peace in first Thessalonians first Thessalonians 5 23. Sorry. We may, the God of peace himself sanctify you. That means he sets you apart. Sanctification you completely. Yes. And may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. So there is a process of sanctification, which takes our commitment, our trust. And he shall bring it to pass. Just like. That jet coming over our house is going to bring it to pass. That's free. You don't have to pay extra for that one. So thank you for that. Um, It. And that's it. Bursts preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord. Jesus Christ. Okay. Commit. Uh, gear ways. That we can be preserved and blameless and. So I can think of a time just this past week where. You know, I was going with going through some trials and, and, you know, going through the hard to decision to, to change vehicles for, to, to be more, uh, uh, good stewards of God's provisions for our life. And, you know, it, it meant it meant changing vehicles to get one that had more efficiency.
